We have been regulars to Birchwood Spa Motel, we like it here so much we stop in Rotorua purely to stay a night at Birchwood. The hosts are always friendly and helpful, and the rooms are always clean. We love the spa that is in every room.

Amazing service from Jill & Steve the very friendly operators of the Birchwood Spa Motel. The room was fantastic with everything you could want or need supplied for you. On arrival we were shown a great range of things to see and do which helped us decide our plans. Great holiday and great Motel, nothing was too much effort.
